The TL Shield plant manager, Jesse Mendoza has been with the company from the beginning. He brought with him practical experience in the construction trades and elevator industry. He has decades of wisdom in production, welding, metal fabrication and successfully managing crews of hard workers that bring projects together. When he produces a vertical transportation system he uses his expertise to make the process easy.
His experience is not just limited to the physical aspects of production or onsite construction, he holds a Degree in Engineering Design, graduating with honors. And because of his experience and educational background he does not shy away from challenges but embraces them with new ideas. Those new ideas have led to a safe work environment where teamwork leads to the highest possible quality. It also produces a workspace where knowledge is freely passed to make improvements in design and execution.
When he is not at work, he uses his creativity and problem-solving skills when working with fine furniture production and restoring classic cars.
